Description
The Customized Polypropylene (PP) Dilution Tank is designed for the collection, mixing and controlled dilution of chemical effluent, laboratory wastewater and process liquids before further treatment, transfer or disposal. Manufactured from high-quality polypropylene, the tank provides excellent resistance to acids, alkalis, moisture and a wide range of corrosive chemicals, making it suitable for demanding laboratory and industrial environments.
Each tank can be custom-designed according to the required capacity, available installation space, chemical type, operating temperature, flow rate and pipe connection requirements. The size, shape and internal arrangement can be adapted to suit new installations or existing drainage and treatment systems.
Available customisation options may include inlet and outlet connections, overflow ports, drain valves, inspection covers, level indicators, internal baffles, mixers, dosing systems, circulation pumps, ventilation connections and pH monitoring controls. These components can be integrated to support more effective mixing, dilution and liquid management.
The tank is suitable for laboratories, chemical processing facilities, industrial plants, water-treatment systems and other applications involving corrosive liquid waste. Its smooth, non-porous surfaces are easy to clean and maintain, while the welded PP construction provides reliable leak resistance, corrosion protection and long-term durability.
For applications requiring pH adjustment, the dilution tank can also be integrated with an appropriate chemical dosing and monitoring system. The final configuration should be selected according to the chemical compatibility, temperature and operating requirements of the intended application.
