Developed by TQC Sheen, the CC3000 Cross Cut Adhesion Test KIT is a portable and user-friendly tool for evaluating the adhesion of dry coatings on various substrates. It creates a precise grid of 25 or 100 squares using intersecting cuts, which are then evaluated by brush or tape peel-off and rated against standard charts.

Designed for multi-user reliability, the CC3000 features an adjustable cutting depth with a ball-bearing-guided blade holder for reproducible results on coatings up to 250 µm thick. It’s ideal for labs and QA processes involving multiple operators.

A range of interchangeable knife sizes supports various coating types, thicknesses, and test standards. The ergonomic handle ensures comfort during extended use, and knives can be changed quickly and easily.
