Cross Cut Adhesion Testing Made Easy
The TQC CC2000 Cross Cut Adhesion Test Kit is designed to evaluate the adhesion of dry paint coats to their substrate by making two intersecting series of cuts. These cuts form a grid of either 25 or 100 squares, allowing easy and standardized evaluation of coating adhesion.
Simple Evaluation Method
After scoring, the test area is assessed using a brush or adhesive tape (for hard substrates), then compared against a reference table to determine the adhesion level.
User-Friendly Cutting Knife
The cutting knife is quickly replaceable without tools, thanks to a self-positioning knife bracket that ensures uniform pressure during use. This guarantees consistent results across tests.
Complete Test Kit Included
Each kit includes a grip with cutter, a stiff brush, an illuminated loupe, and a roll of adhesive tape according to ISO 2409. Replacement knives and tape are also available separately.
