ASP100 Series Digital Syringe Pump
The ASP100 Series Digital Syringe Pump is designed for precise, stable and pulse-free liquid delivery in laboratory research, biotechnology, pharmaceutical development and automated dispensing applications. Five models are available to support single- or dual-syringe operation, with infusion-only or infusion-and-withdrawal functions depending on the model.
A 4.3-inch colour touchscreen provides clear parameter setting and real-time pump status. The series supports syringe sizes from 0.5 µL to 150 mL and flow rates from 0.9 pL/min up to 226 mL/min, depending on the selected model and syringe. Flow rate can be adjusted while the pump is running, allowing users to optimise delivery without stopping the experiment.
Common syringe brands and sizes are pre-programmed, while up to 20 user-defined syringes and 20 operating methods can be stored for quick recall. RS485 communication, Modbus RTU, external control, footswitch operation and LabVIEW support also make the pump suitable for integration with laboratory equipment and automated systems.
