How Does C-Cell Work?

C-Cell takes a digital image of the sample you wish to analyse. You simply place the sample in the instrument’s built-in drawer.

This analysis includes:

  • Softness of the sample
  • Sample dimensions, including overall area, width and optimum packaging dimensions (if required)
  • The sample’s shape and visual appearance
  • Crumb cell elongation measurements, providing a visual guide to axis of elongation, level of curvature of the internal crumb structure and degree of circulation
  • Cell size analysis, including number of holes, cell wall thickness, cell area and cell volume
