Developed by TQC Sheen, the SuperPIG Paint Inspection Gauge III is a high-accuracy instrument for destructive coating thickness measurements and inspection of substrate and film defects. It’s suitable for virtually all surfaces including wood, plastic, and metal, and is trusted across industries such as automotive, construction, industrial coatings, and agriculture.
Compact, Accurate, and Built to Last
Constructed from titanium anodised aluminum, the SuperPIG III includes three cutter sizes and one crosscut knife in a single rotating holder. A built-in microscope with 50x magnification and bright LED illumination enables clear readings for accurate micrometer or mil calculations.

The tool’s compact and ergonomic design allows easy handling and precise work—even in tight corners. It also comes with a leather belt case, marker, Allen key, and knives #1, #2, and #4 for various applications.
