For trading companies the firmness of the fruit pulp is an important quality criterion. The harvest date of the fruits is specified by the firmness measurement, in consideration of the transportation duration to the place of destination and/or duration of storage.
Firmness tests on:
peaches, apricots, plums, cherries, tomatoes, strawberries, apples, avocados, kohlrabi, carrots, cucumbers, radish etc. Take care of the different test anvils.
